The owner of an occupied office tower in Ridge engaged City Painting Ghana to redecorate the full exterior before the rainy season. Hairline cracking and efflorescence were remediated first, then a weather-resistant coating system was applied floor by floor from suspended access, with tenants working normally inside throughout. The programme finished ahead of the first rains, and the facade file — preparation records, materials, and inspection sign-offs — was handed to the building manager in writing.
