A warehousing operator in the Tema industrial area needed corroding steelwork and weathered cladding brought back under protection without stopping daily loading operations. City Painting Ghana surveyed the substrate, specified a protective coating system suited to the coastal industrial environment, and sequenced the application bay by bay around the client’s schedule. Surface preparation records and film-build checks were kept for every zone and handed over with the completion file.
